An “On-Site” application will be necessary to get you added on to our system so we can began to actively seek employment for you. That will require you coming to our company that is in your local area to fill out the necessary paperwork. You will be required, at the request of our client companies, to perform certain tests to help us determine your skill levels so we can decide which job openings you do in fact qualify for. Most of our jobs are temp-to-perm, so there is a distinct possibility that you will be hired on by the company that we send you to, providing, of course, that they are happy with your job performance and are in need of additional employees on their payroll.
At your interview at our office, we will discuss with you how our company works with the client, what you can expect from us, as well as our orientation process and paperwork which covers everything you will need to know about our companies as well as our policies.
